the Tower Hamlets experience

Tower Hamlets were one of the areas I had been looking most forward to check out, both because its where I live, but also because its really big and there are many parts of it that I have ever seen.

I found loads of great grpahics there, and met some really interesting people.

During 4 hours I checked out the new olympic stadion, I was invited to church coffy with two 85 year old catholic wimen in Bow, I got lost and fooled myself into a old trashy trailer park filled up with caraveans that was shaped as houses (but with wheels) and had a fag with a 70 year old woamn in adidas, no teeth and with a pony tail, and on the top of that I was invited into a house full of gay bear men doing their spring cleaning (4 of them!)

I found Poplar the most interesting area. The people who lived there loked like they had been in the same place all of their lives





. Such a contrast to trendy shoreditch or international clapton.
